Distance Reiki works on the premise that energy isn't bound by the same rules as bodies — it can reach you wherever you are.

Join a small group session where Reiki is sent collectively, live, over Zoom. You don't need experience with Reiki, meditation, or energy work. You just need to show up, get comfortable, and let your nervous system do what it already knows how to do when it isn't being asked to perform.

This is not a class. There's no instruction to follow and nothing to get "right." Come as you are — tired, skeptical, curious, depleted, all of it welcome.

What to expect:

• A brief grounding at the start

• 30–40 minutes of distance Reiki, sent to the group

• A few minutes to land afterward before we close
