1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using terravitae.live (the "Site"), purchasing our products, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site.

2. Who We Are

Terra Vitae is a wellness brand headquartered in Orlando, Florida, offering botanical bath and body products, licensed bodywork and Reiki services, and wellness experiences. References to "Terra Vitae," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Terra Vitae and its owner.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems

  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content without written permission

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, product formulations, the ALIVE Method™ framework, brand names, logo, and the Terra Vitae name — is the intellectual property of Terra Vitae and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a link) is permitted provided attribution is maintained.

The ALIVE Method™ is a proprietary framework. Any use of this framework — in whole or in part — for commercial purposes, teaching, or publication requires written authorization from Terra Vitae.

5. Products — Disclaimers and Limitations

Terra Vitae bath and body products are cosmetic products as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Products are formulated for external use as directed

  • Review ingredient lists carefully before use; discontinue use if irritation occurs

  • Products are not substitutes for medical treatment

  • If you have a known allergy or skin condition, consult a healthcare provider before use

  • Keep out of reach of children

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and ingredient information are accurate. In the event of a discrepancy between Site content and product labeling, the product label governs.

6. Services — Scope and Limitations

Terra Vitae offers licensed massage therapy and Reiki services in the State of Florida. All bodywork services are performed by a Florida-licensed massage therapist (FL LMT).

Scope of practice: Massage therapy and Reiki services are offered for relaxation, stress reduction, and general wellness purposes. They do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or psychotherapy. Terra Vitae does not provide mental health services.

Health responsibility: You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information on your intake form prior to any session. Withholding material health information that affects service safety is at your own risk. Terra Vitae reserves the right to decline or modify services based on health history disclosures or practitioner assessment.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation and no-show policies are communicated at the time of booking and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the Site are subject to our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice

  • Payment is processed through third-party payment processors; Terra Vitae does not store payment card information

  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability; we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as scheduling or payment platforms). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Terra Vitae is not responsible for the content, practices, or reliability of any third-party site or service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any results obtained from use of the Site or our products will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Vitae and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our services — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Terra Vitae in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terra Vitae and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
