Terra Vitae Shipping, Returns & Appointments Policy

Products — Shipping & Fulfillment
Processing time: All ALIVE Bath Brew orders are prepared in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping: We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Terra Vitae is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once an order has been dispatched. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your carrier directly and then reach out to us at hello@terravitae.live.
Order issues: We take care in packing every order. If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a quality concern, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@terravitae.live with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess each situation individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Products — Returns & Refunds
Terra Vitae products are small-batch botanical formulations. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns on opened or used products. This is not a convenience policy — it is a hygiene and integrity standard that protects every customer.
Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged in transit or with a verified quality concern, we will work with you to make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds on consumable products.
What we cannot accommodate:
Returns or refunds based on scent preference, sensitivity, or change of mind
Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery
Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition
Gift cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Bodywork & Reiki Appointments
Booking and deposit: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your session total. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Cancellation: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will not incur additional charges; your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled appointment within 60 days.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. A valid credit card is required on file at the time of booking and will be used to process this charge.
Illness and emergencies: We understand that genuine illness and emergencies arise. If you are unwell — particularly with a contagious condition — please do not come to your appointment. Contact us as early as possible and we will work with you to reschedule. Fee waivers in these situations are handled at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
Terra Vitae also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner illness or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, your deposit will be fully preserved toward a rescheduled appointment or returned upon request.
Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. Out of respect for other clients and session integrity, late arrivals will receive the remaining scheduled time only. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time.
Scope of service: All bodywork and Reiki services are provided within the legal scope of Florida licensed massage therapy and energy work. Services are not a substitute for medical treatment. Terra Vitae reserves the right to decline or modify services based on health history disclosures or practitioner assessment at any time.
