MASSAGE THERAPY, REIKI, AROMATHERAPY
Your Body is the Authority.
Every Terra Vitae session begins with one question: what does this person's body need right now? The modalities below are a toolkit. What gets used in your session depends on what you bring to it. The work is integrative by design.
Sessions are held in Orlando, FL. First-time clients are invited to share a little about what they're working with before booking.
Therapeutic Massage
Licensed massage therapy · Relaxation and therapeutic
Therapeutic massage at Terra Vitae is not a spa treatment and not a medical procedure. It sits between those two things: technically skilled, attentive to what the body is actually doing, deeply relaxing. Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, and other techniques are integrated as the session requires.
Reiki Energy Healing
Energy work · Non-touch or light touch
Reiki works with the body's energy field but by creating conditions where the system can regulate itself. Sessions are quiet, still, and often deeply restful. People frequently describe a sense of warmth, heaviness, or the particular kind of release that comes from simply being held without being managed.
Reiki is appropriate for anyone, including those navigating illness, grief, burnout, or any state where the body needs support without demand. No prior experience required. You don't need to believe in it for it to work — you only need to be willing to rest.
Aromatherapy
Plant-based · Integrated into any session
Plants have been used as allies in healing for as long as humans have been paying attention. Aromatherapy at Terra Vitae is not just a pleasant scent — it is an intentional pairing of specific plant essences with the needs of the client. The same plants that appear in the ALIVE aromatics line are also the ones available in the treatment room.
Terra Vitae's practice is informed by ongoing study in integrative somatic trauma therapy and nervous system regulation. Sessions do not substitute for psychotherapy or medical care — and we will say so honestly if something a client brings would be better served elsewhere.
